The location was superb. A complimentary coffee with muffins was available each morning. Our room had a view facing the park during the Christmas season ,a plus.
The hotel gym felt small ,even with few people inside.

The room was spacious, a wonderful haven after long days. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful. Their support really stood out. I loved the suite. The view of the park was fine and added such a unique touch to the stay.

My stay lasted seven nights in a beautiful suite. All staff provided amazing service, going above and beyond to meet my needs. The suite had lovely views and very easy access for exploring the place. The room was super clean, and the space was very generous.
The decorations felt too dark, and the rain mats needs replacement. I noticed this upon arrival, and initially it made me worry about the rooms condition.

The rooms here are spacious. The location is superb (a true gem!). The bathroom was quite large. I found the downstairs bar a real treat.
I noticed the hallway had no decoration. The rain shower pressure was rather weak, and I found the plastic cups unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

The hotel rooms are definitely updated. Our double room was very spacious. the hotel staff are helpful, so cute! the location is excellent, like seriously close to sights and shopping. i'm planning my return!
The hallways weren't great. I found them dimly lit, not ideal, though honestly, everything else was superb.

a disappointing view , and lackluster service
scaffolding obstructionweak pressure
the scaffolding outside my park view queen room was a real letdown. the rain shower had weak pressure , and the plastic cups were unexpected given the price. the celon bar's limited drink list and loud music during a private event were also disappointing , but , the breakfast was great , but the coffee was cold.
